We use many online platforms to gain exposure. We send you the contact information of any interested buyers. You are not allowed to share this information with third parties or use it for any reason other than to get in touch about the item you’re selling—please make sure you’re familiar with the User Privacy Notice.
Sellers who don’t take care of buyers’ information could have their buying and selling privileges limited or their account suspended. Listings are posted on My Tiny House Marketplace website but the transaction takes place offline. When you list an item, you state a price, the buyer contacts you, and together you finalize the transaction outside of all online platforms utilized by My Tiny House Marketplace. You are responsible for handling the offline transaction in a safe, positive, respectful, legal manner. We recommend using a professional service performed in a public location, like a banking institution, to handle the financial transaction and notarize the required paperwork for transferring the Title and/or Registration. If this is a permanent foundation build that includes land, we recommend using an Escrow Company to handle the transaction, including Title & Lien searches, funds transfers, proration of items such as insurance & taxes, completing the proper documents and meeting with the Buyer & Seller separately to sign & notarize the documents. They will also handle recording the Deed.
Sellers not meeting performance expectations
It is important for every Seller to understand that you are representing My Tiny House Marketplace when you’re dealing with potential buyers that we supply. Our stellar reputation for excellent Customer Service is on the line, as every Buyer has an opportunity to leave a review and feedback that affects your Seller Status as well as our 5 Star rating! A rating less than 5 star will result in your selling and listing privileges being suspended or revoked. Please be courteous & respectful and follow these Rules. We appreciate it more than any words can express!

If you are found responsible for a disputed amount as per My Tiny House Marketplace policies (e.g., chargeback), we charge a $20.00 dispute fee, excluding sales tax, for each dispute.

When you create listings or sell items outside of the United States, My Tiny House Marketplace or other marketplaces may convert your funds to a different currency in order to collect amounts owed by you.
All fees are in US dollars.
Seller fees or charges don’t purchase exclusive rights to web pages on My Tiny House Marketplace or any other online platform we utilize in advertising listings or items. We may, in our sole discretion and without consent from or payment to sellers, display third-party advertisements (including links and references thereto) and listings from other sellers.
