Currently used as a mountain get-a-way airbnb, our 2022 Cabin Tiny home is built to feel as if you’re in nature while indoors. Enjoy relaxing in the living space built of preserved natural bark from WNC Oak trees or use the custom pull out table to eat. The desk is perfect for working remotely with ample space and high speed internet setup. The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, stovetop, toaster, coffee pot, Keurig machine with coffee/tea organizer, a microwave, dishwasher and full sink. The bathroom includes a sink along with a flushable toilet that sits across from a bright full bath tub and shower. The home is filled with tons of natural light because of the many windows placed on all sides of the home.
With only a few gradual steps up and tons of built in storage, you will find a tall ceiling walk in bedroom with a large closet and an additional cozy loft for overlooking the living area space or sleeping space. The loft can fit a twin, full or queen mattress and can be closed to make a second sleeping space or 2nd bedroom. The home comes with all the amenities seen, including a heater, radiator, air conditioner, high grade dehumidifier, rotating fan, ceiling fan, iron, and extra chairs. A used propane grill is included with all the furniture and linens, rugs etc are included for turn key living or rental. The porch along with the outdoor furniture and wood framing will also come with the home. The gooseneck trailer makes it easy and ready to move to your perfect location.
Land is not included but if interested in living outside of Asheville in wine and fruit country with artesian spring water, we could set up a meeting with land owner if you would like to live at the current property. The price is for home/ furniture / wood framing/ porch / grill only. Land rental is separate.
