20”x8” tiny house on wheels. Built by the Amish in 2022, I am the only owner. All wood slats exterior and interior walls. Exterior stained and pressure treated. Mini split. Propane tankless water heater. Ceiling fan. Stairs to sleeping loft. Sleeping loft can fit XL Twin or Queen size bed (I’ve had both at different times in the space but currently have xl twin since it’s just me and I get extra space :)) Collapsible ladder to storage loft. Full size bathroom with shower/tub combo. Nature’s Head compost toilet with extra fan, coco coir and supplies, but has capacity to be converted to flushing toilet installation. Bathroom has exhaust fan. Storage unit built onto towing tongue. Two basin sink and two burner stovetop in kitchen. Hood vent over stovetop. Willing to include the refrigerator, convection/air fryer oven, microwave and additional storage on wheels in the “pantry”. Can give name of reliable tiny house moving company that is insured, trust worthy and just good folks. This house has a Certificate of Origin for a Vehicle Title, recognized as an RV and can be insured as such. The G.V.W.R. weight is 13,900 lbs and shipping weight is 18,000 lbs. The tiny house delivery company I used towed it behind their regular pick up truck, I believe it was an F350.
